Daniel E. Schultz has over thirty-five years of experience representing the seriously injured and their families. He focuses his civil practice on medical negligence and other complex personal injury litigation. Mr. Schultz has been involved in a wide variety of medical negligence cases against physicians, hospitals, HMO’s, and nursing homes. He is a Sustaining Member of the American Association for Justice and a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., the Maryland Association for Justice, the District of Columbia Bar Association and the Maryland Bar Association.
Mr. Schultz has been an advocate for the rights of the seriously injured throughout his career and his cases have, on occasion, been the subject of media coverage. Mr. Schultz has achieved multi-million dollar results in numerous negligence cases and as a result, he is a certified Life Member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This distinction can be claimed by less than 1% of attorneys in the United States and only a handful of attorneys in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
